The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety is a high-level inquiry into Australia’s aged care system. It has been set up by the Federal Government to look into the quality of aged care services across the country and find out how we can make sure aged care services are high quality, safe, person-centred and sustainable.

Wesley Mission Queensland welcomes the Royal Commission because we believe every older Australian deserves quality aged care. We will be closely monitoring the inquiry and look forward to the Commission’s recommendations.

The Commission is accepting information from the public, aged care providers, aged care workers, in-home clients, aged care residents and their families. Anyone can make a submission via the website https://agedcare.royalcommission.gov.au
