Exercising in a fun, social setting can be an enjoyable way to stay fit and find new enjoyable ways to keep active. Pilates, Tai Chi, hydrotherapy and general fitness classes provided under a variety of funding types, including My Aged Care, Home Care Packages and the NDIS.

We offer a range of group exercise classes. These include:
