Exercise Physiologists consult, assess, prescribe, design and evaluate exercise and lifestyle programs. You can benefit from exercise for preventing and managing chronic diseases and injuries, as well as improving your overall health status and setting goals for varying medical conditions.

Exercise Physiology can support you with:

We offer a range of session types to suit individuals of every age, fitness level and budget including:
