Selina Beauchamp

Director of Organisational Transformation 

Selina is the Director of the Business Transformation Division responsible for leading Wesley Mission Queensland towards a more integrated, accessible and sustainable service model for the future.

Selina’s directorate is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities for transformation, then creating, designing, developing and implementing programs of work that align with the organisation’s strategic plan and priorities. Selina is also responsible for the leadership of the Business Solutions Group, which incorporates digital and data services, cyber security and information technology. Her digital and data strategies focus on customer and employee experiences to support the organisation in making data driven decisions.

Selina’s success in the delivery of many technology and business-led projects has had notable positive outcomes on the organisation, including being awarded Implementation of the Year at the 2015 Information Technology in Aged Care (ITAC) awards and being one of the first not-for-profit healthcare providers to obtain ISO 27001 accreditation.

Selina holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Project Management Practitioner and is currently completing her Masters in IT Leadership. She is a member of Women on Boards and Women in Technology.
