Made up of four individual communities (Tamborine, Moreton, Fraser and Glasshouse), the Parkview residential aged care home is known for its premier architecture and sustainable design, boasting beautiful open-plan spaces and communal areas.

Whether it’s reading a book from our library, enjoying a coffee with your relatives from the café onsite or watching a movie in the cinema, there’s plenty to do at Parkview. We also have onsite Wheller Gardens Wellbeing Centre for services including physiotherapy, podiatry, nutrition, speech pathology and more. The furniture, fittings and service connections at the Parkview aged care home provide flexibility to make the room your own and add homely touches throughout.

You’ll love reclining in your spacious, climate-controlled room, complete with kitchenette (not for cooking purposes), while enjoying the latest shows on your flat-screen TV or gazing out your large, picture-view window. And when that active lifestyle beckons, you won’t have to look far for your choice of activities and events, tailored to your needs and preferences. Choose an Extra Services room and add the ‘cherry on top’ to your life at Parkview. Extra Services rooms at Parkview's Glasshouse community are an extra $40 per day.

Discover the close-knit community at Knowles Court, a welcoming aged care home part of the Sinnamon Village community at Sinnamon Park.

You’ll be close to the other four courts (Kentish, Knowles, Reid and Nash) which are all connected with landscaped gardens, flowering trees and shrubs. There is also a courtyard area with a BBQ for your enjoyment and great for entertaining family and friends.

Indoors, you’ll enjoy our homely lounge and dining room. Your private room is comfortable and inviting, complete with an ensuite bathroom. And meals times means the choice and flexibility is yours with our self-serve buffet.

Our chefs and food assistants work alongside dieticians, nutritionists and speech pathologists to deliver a daily full meal service. Snacks and refreshments are available at any time and you are free to choose where you would like to eat. Where possible, we source our produce from local Brisbane markets, this includes all our meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. Our menus regularly rotate considering seasonal food changes and to ensure variety and nutritional value. Residents at Parkview enjoy meals served from our buffet selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and are welcome to work alongside our staff to prepare and serve each meal. Read more about our dining here.

Our leisure and lifestyle coordinator and staff are on-hand to create spontaneous, meaningful and exciting social and recreational events for all residents to enjoy. These include exercise classes, performances, bingo, cinema afternoons, word games and happy hour. All events are completely optional to participate in and are run by our enthusiastic staff passionate about providing social and recreational activities for all residents. Parkview premium Additional Services Package is designed for the enjoyment of all residents, regardless of mobility or health concerns. It covers everything from an upgraded selection of daily hot breakfast options, all day refreshments, an extensive selection of activities, weekly entertainers, concerts and social events including beverages, 24-hour access to the Silver Memories music service and WiFi access for residents and their guests.
