To be eligible to live at Sibley Road, you will need NDIS funding that aligns with this specific housing and support model. This includes Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding for a High Physical Support House, designed for three residents in a three-bedroom house setting.
You will also require Core Supports or Home and Living funding to access Supported Independent Living (SIL) depending on your individual needs.
We can also support people with alternative funding arrangements, such as the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ).

Our service provides shared supports at a 1:3 ratio with active overnight support, ensuring participants receive consistent assistance both day and night.
Our experienced team includes on-site nursing staff and qualified Disability Support Workers (Cert III), enabling us to deliver high-intensity supports for participants with complex needs. Participants are also supported to engage in community participation activities, promoting independence and social connection.

Yes. Residents at this location receive both Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports. The accommodation is provided and managed by a separate SDA provider, while Wesley Mission Queensland delivers the SIL supports.
We work closely with the SDA provider to help ensure housing and support services are well coordinated and tailored to each resident's individual needs.
