supported-accommodation

Everyone should have access to a living environment of their choosing. Our supported accommodation communities offer young people living with complex disabilities the chance to live a normal and dignified life with the support they need to reach their own personal goals.

Supported accommodation communities

Wesley Mission Queensland operates seven supported accommodation communities that assist young adults living with complex disabilities.

These include:

All of these communities are state-of-the-art with high-tech equipment, and 24-hour care and support by registered nurses, carers and therapy assistants. Youngcare, Asher House and Wesley Care also offer an activities coordinator and a qualified cook / chef.

The model of care provided at each community is focused on the individual to ensure the needs of every resident are met. This creates an environment where residents can enjoy the meaningful, happy lives they deserve.
