Celebrating Wheller on the Park's 'originals'

First residents of Wheller on the Park celebrate 15 years in the retirement village

A group of 26 'originals' recently celebrated 15 years of calling Wheller on the Park (WOTP) home.

This group of residents were the first to move in when Wheller on the Park (WOTP) opened its doors in 2008. They were joined by Village Manager Carrie Woods, Retirement Living General Manager Jo Thomason and other WOTP team members for an afternoon celebration.

Cutting the cake is one of the original residents Bryan Rafter with an original team member Heather Ritchie who is also celebrating 15 year with WOTP. Heather started working at WOTP as a Village Support person when the village opened and has been helping all residents stay happy while looking after their safety and making sure everything is sparkling and organised.
