To be eligible to live at this property you will need NDIS funding that aligns with this specific housing and support model. This includes Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding for a High Physical Support House, designed for five residents in a five-bedroom house setting.
You will also require Core Supports or Home and Living funding to access Supported Independent Living (SIL) depending on your individual needs.
We can support people with alternative funding arrangements, such as the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ). Our team can assist you in understanding whether your current funding is suitable for this service.
WesleyCare Maroochydore provides shared supports at a 2:5 ratio, with active overnight assistance to ensure support is available day and night. Our experienced team includes onsite nursing staff and qualified Disability Support Workers (Cert III), enabling us to support people with complex and high-intensity needs.

Residents live in modern, purpose-built homes and receive SIL supports from our team under a separate agreement, helping them live as independently as possible while benefiting from coordinated housing and daily supports.
We are committed to transparency and will always explain your options clearly, including any potential conflicts of interest associated with providing both SDA and SIL, so you can make an informed choice.
