marcusMission.jpg

Building resilience and optimism - provides men the practical tools to navigate life’s difficult times and support others to do the same.

These engaging workshops focus on building 5 practical areas of Emotional Intelligence:
• Self-Awareness
• Self-Regulation
• Motivation & Resilience Building
• Empathy & Service to Others
• Relationship Skills

For those wanting to become a Marcus Mission MENtor (available to spend 1-2 hours per week to connect with men going through tough times) this is core training as a first step towards becoming a MENtor. If you missed workshop 1 (Know Thy Self) you're still welcome to attend and speak to our team about options of catching up on what you missed.

Marcus Mission is initiative of Wesley Mission Queensland.
