Wesley Mission Queensland operates six specialist disability accommodation communities that assist young adults living with complex disabilities. These include:
Scheduled to open in 2020 is a new specialist disability accommodation community at Wynnum West.
All of these communities are state-of-the-art with high-tech equipment, and 24-hour care and support by registered nurses, carers, therapy assistants, activities coordinators and a qualified cook / chef.
The model of care provided at each community is focused on the individual to ensure the needs of every resident are met. This creates an environment where residents can enjoy the meaningful, happy lives they deserve.
