Have you received a Home Care Package approval letter from My Aged Care?

The aged care system can be daunting and confusing.

We often receive calls from people who have completed an assessment process through the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) and received a letter from My Aged Care notifying them that they have been approved for a Home Care Package.

They are surprised to hear that this doesn’t mean that they will be able to receive services straight away and that they are in fact in a queue to be allocated a Home Care Package.

Wesley Mission Queensland is here to help. Call us now on 1800 448 448 or request a callback, as we can work with you to tailor and deliver fully funded* personalised services while you wait for your Home Care Package allocation.
