Welcome to Jacobs Court Aged Care Community 

Discover the close-knit community at Jacobs Court, a welcoming aged care home part of the Sinnamon Village community at Sinnamon Park. You’ll be close to the other four courts (Kentish, Knowles, Reid and Nash) which are all connected with landscaped gardens, flowering trees and shrubs. There is also a courtyard area with a BBQ for your enjoyment and great for entertaining family and friends.

Indoors, you’ll enjoy our homely lounge and dining room. Your private room is comfortable and inviting, complete with an ensuite bathroom. And meal times mean the choice and flexibility are yours with our self-serve buffet.

Staying active is important and many residents at Jacobs Court attend our on-site Sinnamon Village Leisure Centre. It’s a chance to meet other residents from other Courts for a friendly game of cards, indoor bowls or watch one of our visiting entertainers. Our club lounge is the go-to venue for all things social including family celebrations, birthday parties or enjoying a glass of wine at the weekly happy hour.

When it comes to your care, we take the time to get to know you and understand your individual needs. Our clinical team at Jacobs Court provides quality care, alongside our medical and allied health professionals to ensure all your health concerns are met to a consistently high standard.

When it comes to meals, the residents' kitchen complete with self-serve buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner means that choice and flexibility are yours. Full laundry services also included. Two large lounge rooms provide a gathering place for concerts and happy hour. While in the widest Sinnamon Village Community, an onsite cafe, club lounge, and chapel are available to enhance a vibrant and varied lifestyle. Whether it’s listening to a memorable song in the lounge room or recreating a special meal for a resident, our team aims to make each day a good day. Our chefs and food assistants work alongside dieticians, nutritionists and speech pathologists to deliver a daily full meal service. Snacks and refreshments are available at any time and you are free to choose where you would like to eat. Where possible, we source our produce from local Brisbane markets, this includes all our meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. Our menus regularly rotate considering seasonal food changes and to ensure variety and nutritional value. Residents at Jacobs Court enjoy meals served from our buffet selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and are welcome to work alongside our staff to prepare and serve each meal. Read more about our dining here.
Our leisure and lifestyle coordinator and staff at Jacobs Court are on-hand to create spontaneous, meaningful and exciting social and recreational events for all residents to enjoy. These include movie nights, coach tours, scrabble games, sing-alongs and BBQs. Jacobs Court premium Additional Services Package is designed for the enjoyment of all residents, regardless of mobility or health concerns. It covers everything from an upgraded selection of daily hot breakfast options, all day refreshments, an extensive selection of activities, weekly entertainers, concerts and social events including beverages, 24-hour access to the Silver Memories music service and WiFi access for residents and their guests.
