Marcus Mission Resilience Workshop - Bundaberg

Building resilience and optimism - provides men the practical tools to navigate life’s difficult times and support others to do the same.

This training allows you to build skills and confidence to support other men as well as building your own resilience.

These engaging workshops focus on building 5 practical areas of Emotional Intelligence:

• Self-Awareness

• Self-Regulation

• Motivation & Resilience Building

• Empathy & Service to Others

• Relationship Skills

For those wanting to become a Marcus Mission MENtor (available to spend 1-2 hours per week to connect with men going through tough times) this is core training as a first step towards becoming a MENtor.

Marcus Mission is initiative of Wesley Mission Queensland.
