Our service acknowledges the Turrbal people as the traditional custodians of the land and strives to make an inclusive and supportive environment for all children to play and grow in a safe and respectful environment.

We are an all-inclusive service offering a rich educational program, as well as all meals freshly cooked on a daily basis, sunscreen, hats and nappies for all children that require it.

Our Environment

Toowong Child Care Centre is situated only steps away from the Toowong Village in a beautifully renovated old Queenslander. The huge and natural playground allows children of all ages to explore their world together and create their own enquiry-based learning process. This also allows siblings to spend time together throughout the day.

Our Educators

Our exceptional team of Educators are not only highly qualified but are passionate about children and their work with them. We believe children are unique and capable and we strive to empower them to take challenges and continue to be and become the best versions of themselves.

Specialised Deaf Program

Toowong Child Care Centre also offers a program for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Through this program, we support them in the acquisition of both Auslan and/or English languages while participating in an educational program with each child’s interests at heart.

Our Community Connections

Toowong Child Care Centre has an ‘open doors policy’ and we encourage families and members of the community to participate within the service and join us on the journey as our children learn about the world around them. We work closely with members of the Toowong Uniting Church who visit our service for all kinds of activities.
