Wesley Mission Queensland's newly built Cannon Hill Apartments offer Brisbane specialist disability accommodation in an attractive and convenient location. Enjoy the leafy surrounds of these modern, purpose-built apartments located a short distance from shops, public transport, and parks in the suburb of Cannon Hill.

Featuring four apartments, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each residence enjoys its own kitchen, dining and separate laundry, as well as access to a large shared space and onsite hydrotherapy pool. Enquire about availability at our Cannon Hill Apartments today.

This home is ideal for those with significant physical impairments or high support needs. It’s built to Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard category of High Physical Support or Fully Accessible, and residents get 24/7 support from a team of Certificate III qualified support workers supervised by experienced health professionals.

Our specialist disability accommodation communities provide skilled 24/7 care that is tailored to you.

Our support workers have or are working towards a minimum Certificate III qualification and are supervised by experienced health professionals including enrolled and registered nurses.

We take a broad view of health and wellbeing. You can access a support team of therapy assistants and activities coordinators so you can live a full, meaningful life, build capacity, and achieve your goals. In some of the homes, you can also opt in and out of meals provided by our on-site cooks and chefs. 

Our ‘home for life’ thinking also means that we adapt to changing support needs throughout the life span, and continually work with you to make sure you are receiving the care you need.

All of our homes across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast meet the Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard.

Eight of our homes are built to the Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard category of High Physical Support or Fully Accessible. These homes are specifically designed to cater for people with significant physical impairments or those needing very high levels of support.
