It’s not just about giving you and your carers a break – it’s about giving you care and support that enriches your life, in a comfortable environment with experienced staff.
We offer a flexible range of respite options including:
- Centre-based day respite - available at our Living Well House every Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, with morning tea and lunch provided. This service is free and available to people over 65 years old living at home with a life limiting or advanced chronic illness requiring support from a carer. Places are limited and bookings are essential.
- Opening late 2020, overnight and short-term accommodation respite - available at Living Well House (five bedroom home-style accommodation). If you are over 65 and / or living with a disability, you may be able to access this service as part of your Home Care Package, through the My Aged Care Commonwealth Home Support Programme or disability services. If you are registered under the NDIS and have short-term accommodation in your plan, your stay can be funded through core supports. Alternatively, you can arrange to pay privately without any subsidies.
Residents will have access to a range of qualified nursing staff, allied health professionals and lifestyle support staff. Our compassionate and experienced team provide a holistic model of care based on your needs that includes nursing, emotional and social support.

- Allied Health Services
Our on-site catering take care of all your dietary requirements with delicious meals so you can enjoy your time with us.
