Wesley Mission Queensland offers approved kindergarten programs to help children prepare for school in a play-based environment. 

What is Kindergarten?
Kindergarten (sometimes known as Preschool or Kindy) is a government approved program that supports children to meet learning milestones the year before they begin Prep. 


The play-based education supports children to :
  • Develop understanding 
  • Foster curiosity
  • Develop social skills
  • Prepare for school-like environments
Who can access Kindergarten?
Children who turn four years old between July 1 and June 30 of the calendar year.


Who much does it cost?
The cost for kindergarten services will vary at certain locations. Government rebates are available for eligible families so talk to your preferred centre for more information.
